As a small business I always make sure that my products are at a high quality and suit my customers needs. In the rare event that the products have been damaged, I will offer a full refund or exchange for the items where possible.
As a small business it’s extremely costly for me to provide just refunds as each product is hand made and made to order for my customers. So I only offer refunds if the products are damaged.
Sale items can not be returned or refunded.
If faulty/damaged - please take a photo on receipt and email to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging. You have 14 days from receiving to report the damages to me by email.
Regarding emails about receiving cushions that aren't the colour you were expecting applies to these terms too, if you're unsure about the colours I have options for you to receive samples beforehand, ensuring the colour you're getting is going to be right for you. I do my best to capture the cushions in natural daylight but screens on different devices can sometimes distort this. So please order a sample before purchasing if unsure on the fabric.
If on the rare occasion the company has made a mistake with your order, we will do what we can to rectify this in the best way possible.
If returning a parcel, we do not cover the postage fee you will pay to get the parcel back to us. This is down to the customer. We will only cover this if the parcel was damaged or faulty hence the return.
It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers until you receive a confirmation of refund. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.
